Low suction backgrounds
Plastered surface painted or unpainted out of shape –requires flattening or levelling.
Requires Backing Plaster
Apply Thistle Bondit or P.V.A, seal and glue. Possibly 1 coat of bonding, featheredge flat and level, then devil float. Also over unplastered plasterboard out of shape,tape joins first. No need to P.V.A. Concrete blocks and pre-cast concrete – no need to P.V.A or use Thistle Bondit – normally 1 coat of bonding. Also applied in possibly 3 coats to EML ceiling. Cleaner is better.
