There are 2 ways of repairing hollows depending on where they are.
If the hollow is underneath the surface, you can drill holes either side of the area and pour in liquid synthetic resin to fill the hollow.
If the hollow is on the surface, you can cut it out, prepare the sub-base properly and then re-lay the screed.
